Corporate Board Member magazine recently announced the results of its fourth annual Legal Industry Research Study. Parr Waddoups was ranked among the top five best firms in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The annual study identifies the top five corporate law firms in 50 major metropolitan areas, according to directors serving on boards of publicly traded companies listed on the NASDAQ Stock Market, NYSE or American Stock Exchange.

"What makes these ratings unique is that they're made not by other lawyers, from afar, but by the people ultimately responsible for hiring corporate law firms...corporate directors," said William S. Rukeyser, editorial director of the magazine.
