 Parr Waddoups Announces New Firm President Press Release April 10, 2007 The Salt Lake City, UT based law firm Parr Waddoups Brown Gee & Loveless is pleased to announce the appointment of Steven J. Christiansen as the firm's new president.
Mr. Christiansen is a shareholder with the firm and actively represents the interests of mining, petroleum, energy, and public utility clients throughout the western United States and Canada. He has more than 20 years of experience with environmental permitting (NSR) and enforcement matters, RCRA and CERCLA cleanups, air emission credits transactions, state implementation plan development, environmental legislation, NEPA, public lands permitting, environmental aspects of business transactions, brownfield redevelopment, and the administrative rule-making process. He also works in the areas of energy and public utilities law. He holds a J.D. and B.A. from Brigham Young University.
