Parr Waddoups Names 3 New Shareholders
April 10, 2007

The Salt Lake City, UT based law firm of Parr Waddoups Brown Gee & Loveless is pleased to announce three new shareholders.

Matthew J. Ball was previously an associate with the firm and was recently voted to become a shareholder. He is a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation group and focuses his practice on areas such as contract disputes, title insurance, construction and securities. Mr. Ball holds a J.D. from the University of Utah and a B.S. (Geography) from Brigham Young University.

Carlton M. Clark was previously an associate with the firm and was recently voted to become a shareholder. He is a member of the firm's Business Transactions group, focusing on general business matters, securities law and real estate transactions. Mr. Clark holds a J.D. from Columbia University and a B.S. (Accounting) from Brigham Young University.

Tobi D. Potestio was previously an associate with the firm and was recently voted to become a shareholder. She is a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation group, with emphasis on complex litigation in areas such as contract disputes, road access disputes, and securities. She holds a J.D. from the University of Utah, an M.Ed from Brigham Young University and a B.S. (Psychology) from Brigham Young University.
