Parr Waddoups Adds 3 Shareholders

(Salt Lake City, UT) July 14, 2006 -- The law firm of Parr Waddoups Brown Gee & Loveless is pleased to announce three new shareholders.

Michael Black has been an associate with the firm and was recently voted to become a shareholder. He is a member of the firm's litigation group, specializing in complex commercial litigation and federal and state tax controversy work. He earned his Law degree in 2001 and a Master's degree in Accounting in 1998 from the University of Utah. Mr. Black also earned an LL.M in Taxation with Distinction from Georgetown University in 2002.

Matthew Fleming has been an associate with the firm and was recently voted to become a shareholder. He is a member of the firm's corporate transactions group, specializing in federal income taxation of corporations and partnerships, securities, and mergers and acquisitions. He earned his Law degree in 2001 from Brigham Young University. Prior to joining Parr Waddoups, Mr. Fleming was an associate with Stoel Rives in Salt Lake City.

Joseph Covey recently joined Parr Waddoups as a shareholder and was formerly affiliated with the international law firm of LeBoeuf Lamb Greene and MacRae. He is a member of the firm's corporate litigation group and concentrates his practice on corporate bankruptcy, real estate, workouts and commercial foreclosures with broad experience representing bankruptcy trustees, Chapter 11 corporate bankruptcy debtors, secured creditors, bondholders, and unsecured creditors' committees. He earned his Law degree from Brigham Young University.
