Parr Waddoups Adds 3 New Attorneys

The Salt Lake City law firm of Parr Waddoups Brown Gee & Loveless announced the addition of two shareholders and an associate, all formerly with the Salt Lake City office of Stoel Rives.

Brian Lloyd is a Shareholder and member of the business transactions group, specializing in advising public and private companies as well as investors on formation, financing, securities regulations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and business matters. Mr. Lloyd rejoins Parr Waddoups from the Salt Lake office of Stoel Rives.

Bryan Allen is a Shareholder and member of the business transactions group, with emphasis on securities, corporate counseling and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Allen Mr. Lloyd rejoins Parr Waddoups from the Salt Lake office of Stoel Rives.

Matthew Fleming is an Associate and member the business transactions group, specializing in general corporate law. Prior to joining Parr Waddoups, Mr. Fleming was an associate with the Salt Lake office of Stoel Rives.
