David Reymann practices in the area of commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on First Amendment litigation, intellectual property, and antitrust law. He staffs the Freedom of Information Hotline, which provides pro bono legal assistance to Utah journalists, and he is a periodic lecturer on First Amendment issues. He has handled appeals before the Utah Court of Appeals, the Utah Supreme Court, the Tenth Circuit, and the Interior Board of Land Appeals.

Mr. Reymann is a member of the editorial board for Legal Tech Newsletter, which is part of the ALM media network.
