email David Reymann practices in the area of commercial litigation, First Amendment litigation, intellectual property, and antitrust law. He has handled appeals before the Utah Court of Appeals, the Utah Supreme Court, the Tenth Circuit, and the Interior Board of Land Appeals.
Mr. Reymann has also represented several large multi-level marketing companies in all phases of litigation, including domestic and foreign distributor disputes, employment issues, securities litigation, anti-pyramid and FTC regulations and a variety of intellectual property and contract matters.
