email Jeffrey Hunt practices in the area of commercial litigation, First Amendment, media, and intellectual property law. Mr. Hunt regularly represents companies and individuals in state and federal courts and counsels clients on defamation, privacy, First Amendment, and related issues. Mr. Hunt is also a registered lobbyist in the State of Utah.
Mr. Hunt has represented direct sales and multi-level marketing companies in areas such as complex litigation, regulatory compliance, intellectual property and other business matters. He has obtained dismissals of actions brought by former distributors as well as permanent injunctions protecting company distributor lists and other confidential and proprietary information.
