Robert Clark has extensive experience in complex litigation, representing local and national companies with respect to securities, class actions, trade secrets, contracts, antitrust, real estate, corporate governance, intellectual property, breach of warranty, shareholder derivative actions, Federal Tort Claims Act, Endangered Species Act, nonprofit corporations, and numerous other issues. He has extensive experience representing clients in state and federal courts including trials, arbitrations, temporary restraining orders, injunctions, actions for declaratory relief, appeals, and settlements.

Mr. Clark was President of the Utah Chapter of the Federal Bar Association in 1999/2000. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University and was recognized as a Joseph Fielding Smith Scholar.

Mr. Clark was named one of the top general commercial litigation lawyers in Utah in the 2008 edition of Chambers' America's Leading Business Lawyers and listed in Utah Business Magazine's 2008 Legal Elite in business litigation. He was also listed in The Best Lawyers in America 2008 edition and the 2008 Mountain States Super Lawyers.
