email Brian Lloyd is a member of the firm's business transactions group, specializing in corporate finance, securities, and merger and aquisition transactions. His experience includes advising public and private companies as well as investors on formation, securities regulations, mergers, acquisitions, corporate governance and financing, including public offerings and venture capital transactions. He has represented a number of Utah's leading publicly-held companies, counseling them on financing transactions, corporate governance issues and regulatory matters.
Mr. Lloyd was named one of the top corporate/mergers and acquisitions lawyers in Utah in the 2008 edition of Chambers' America's Leading Business Lawyers and listed in Utah Business Magazine's 2008 Legal Elite in corporate law. He was also listed in The Best Lawyers in America 2008 edition and the 2008 Mountain States Super Lawyers.
