Matthew Fleming is a member of the firm's corporate transactions group, specializing in federal income taxation of corporations and partnerships, securities, and mergers and acquisitions. He also counsels clients regarding secured lending and other commercial transactions.

Prior to joining Parr Waddoups, Mr. Fleming was an associate with the Salt Lake office of Stoel Rives.

Mr. Fleming was listed in Utah Business Magazine's 2008 Legal Elite in mergers and acquisitions. He was also listed in the 2008 Mountain States Super Lawyers.
