email Bryan Allen is a member of the firm's corporate transactions group, with emphasis on securities, corporate counseling and mergers and acquisitions. In the area of securities, Mr. Allen assists with public and private offerings, public company compliance and shareholder relations. He also advises on matters such as venture capital investments, investment adviser compliance and corporate governance as well as other commercial transactions and agreements.
Prior to rejoining Parr Waddoups, Mr. Allen was a partner with Stoel Rives.
Mr. Allen was named one of the top Corporate/M&A lawyers in Utah in the 2008 edition of Chambers' America's Leading Business Lawyers. |
