BRUCE A. MAAK

email Bruce Maak was a founding member of the firm and is currently of counsel. His experience includes mediation, arbitration, and trial and appellate litigation of real estate title, title insurance, and construction disputes and claims.
Mr. Maak is admitted to all state and federal courts sitting in the State of Utah, as well as the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. He was an Adjunct Professor of Law, Legal Writing, at the University of Utah College of Law.
