Bentley Tolk is a member of the firm's Litigation group with, particular emphasis in the areas of ERISA litigation, employee benefits litigation, employment litigation and general commercial lititgation. Mr. Tolk represents employers, third-party employee benefit plan administrators, plan sponsors and insurance companies in a wide variety of ERISA and employee benefits disputes.
