Victor Taylor has extensive experience with purchase, sale, development, leasing and financing transactions involving major office, industrial, warehouse, retail, apartment, condominium, recreational, agricultural and resort properties. For some years, however, Mr. Taylor has focused his practice primarily on leasing, principally representing landlords. Mr. Taylor currently represents landlords in preparing and negotiating leases covering in excess of four million square feet of space in various office, retail, industrial, warehouse and research and development properties in the greater Salt Lake metropolitan area.
