Keith Pope advises publicly held clients on their securities disclosure obligations in a variety of contexts including periodic reports, proxy solicitations and SEC registrations. Mr. Pope also advises clients on the acquisition and disposition of businesses, appropriate business form, capitalization structure and related transactional matters.

Mr. Pope is experienced with respect to mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and reorganizations, corporate financings, private placements, and public and secondary offerings. He has extensive knowledge of the complex interwoven requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and state "blue sky" securities laws and their impact on the operation and funding of businesses.

Mr. Pope received his Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from Utah State University, cum laude. Mr. Pope is a past president of the business section of the Utah State Bar and is currently a member of the MountainWest Venture Group.
