Robert Lochhead concentrates on commercial and intellectual property litigation and bankruptcy reorganizations. His experience is national in scope, working with lending institutions, utility and manufacturing companies, shopping centers, information and medical technology companies, and educational institutions in the areas of creditors' rights, commercial transactions, patent and other intellectual property disputes, contracts, landlord-tenant, torts, and real property disputes in state and federal courts.

Mr. Lochhead was listed in Utah Business Magazine's 2008 Legal Elite in bankruptcy and workouts. He was also listed in The Best Lawyers in America 2008 edition.
