Seth King is a member of the firm's corporate and securities group, working primarily in the areas of securities, mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance and general corporate and business law. He received a Bachelor's degree in Finance, cum laude, from Utah State University in 1997.

Mr. King was named one of the top corporate/mergers and acquisitions lawyers in Utah in the 2008 edition of Chambers' America's Leading Business Lawyers and listed in Utah Business Magazine's 2008 Legal Elite in mergers and acquisitions. He was also listed in the 2008 Mountain States Super Lawyers.
