email Paul Drecksel practices in the area of commercial litigation with an emphasis on eminent domain and real estate matters. He has handled delay, interference, acceleration, construction defect, and other construction litigation matters for clients throughout the western United States, including matters in federal and state courts and in arbitration.
Mr. Drecksel regularly represents the largest general contractor in Utah and has represented other local, regional and national general contractors, subcontractors and owners involved in construction disputes.
