SCOTT W. LOVELESS

email Scott Loveless is a senior shareholder of the firm. He specializes in representing buyers and sellers in the sale and leveraged buyout of closely held businesses and in structuring business transactions.
In addition to his Juris Doctorate, Mr. Loveless has an L.L.M. in taxation from Georgetown University. From 1971 to 1978 he worked as legislative counsel in the United States Senate and United States House of Representatives in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Loveless is a past member of the Board of Directors of Meritas Law Firms Worldwide, the world's largest organization of independent commercial law firms. He is a past member of the Board of Trustees of the Pioneer Theater Company. Currently, he is a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee as well as President for The Days of '47, Inc., an annual celebration of Utah's heritage.
